School Club Information
At Fern Hill, we offer a wide range of extracurricular clubs for children in Years 1 through to 6. These run before and after school and over lunchtime during the school day. For a downloadable copy of the timetable and other important information, please see the links below.
Clubs marked ‘apply directly’ are run by external providers. Bookings for these clubs are made directly with the providers and not school. For further information and contact details for these clubs, please see the club provider links below. All other clubs listed are school-run and you should apply and pay through ParentPay.

Booking Clubs
Clubs are available to children in Year 1 – 6 only.
Clubs marked ‘apply directly’ on the timetable are run by external providers. Bookings for these clubs are made directly with the providers and not school. For further information and contact details for these clubs, please see the flyers attached below and the following booking links:
Just 4 Kicks Infant Football (Years 1 & 2)
Just 4 Kicks Junior Football (Years 3 & 4)
All other clubs are school-run and you should apply and pay through ParentPay. Places are automatically reserved upon payment and your receipt acts as confirmation of your child’s place. Once a club is fully subscribed, you will not be able to select it through ParentPay. If this is the case, and you would like your child to be placed on the club’s waiting list, please email clubs@fernhillprimary.org
Clubs start the week of 14th September 2026 and will run up to and including Friday 11th December except for Athletics which will run its last session on Friday 20th November and Film Academy which will run its last session on Monday 30th November.
There will be no clubs running during the weeks of 19th October and 26th October.
Please note that clubs will only run if minimum numbers are reached. Making a booking for a club is a commitment for the term and school-run clubs booked through ParentPay are non-refundable. For clubs run by external providers, please contact them directly for their terms and conditions.
